– New kitchens: This will include new cabinets, Granite Countertops, sink, faucet and appliances. This will also include more cabinet space and an island that will allow for an open, roomy feeling to the living room and kitchen area.
– New bathrooms: This will include new tubs, toilets and tile tub surround and tile floors.
– New vanities: This will include new cabinets, sinks, faucets, Large mirrors, light and more electrical outlets.
– New heating and air conditioning: We completely replaced the furnace and air conditioner in each apartment with brand new 95% efficient equipment.
– New furniture: We replaced all of the current furniture and beds. The beds will be “Captains beds” with drawers and storage space under.
– New floor coverings:
Our intention was to remake the Crown apartments into a new property in every way except for the basic shell of the building. We believe the change will make the “New” Crown apartments a wonderful place to live, especially because of the closeness to the BYU campus. We now have a building that has interior space that is comparable to the newest properties in Provo at a much lower rental rate.
